Step 1

We look forward to starting our process with you, as you will quickly notice, you will receive several emails with invites to our management and invoicing systems.

Below you will see a short list of details we need to receive from you, as well as a short outline before we can set up our initial phone consultations.

NB. you do require a Flosites Account before you can upload any of these details.

  • A completed FAQ – www.flosites.net/faq
  • An inspiration Folder – you may collect these design elements, or sites you like from a few of our favorite examples below:
  • Your mailing address to insert to our contract.
  • Your current branding – this should include the logo as a editable psd or better an eps, with any fonts (otf or ttf file types)
  • Any side branding you already have, that we should take into consideration before moving forward.
  • 10 photographs sized to 900×600 px for design fillers
  • 1-2 photographs of yourself
  • Your current ftp, hosting login and password
  • twitter, facebook, google analytics links and codes.
  • Chosen email for integration
  • ShootQ API and Studio Alias information.
  • You may also provide any further details you think you have that may be useful for us in this process, however the above is compulsary. You should use our basecamp system to upload these details and files through the message section and the add file sections.
Once you have started with us, you will receive your invoice, contract and management invite via email, however in some cases spam protection may block these emails for the first time, so if you do not receive these details via email, you may request them below:

Stage 1-
Collection of information and data
Stage 2-
Planning and organization
Stage 3-
Creative concepting – this is where we will start your design.
Stage 4-
Design Approval – once we have approved the design, which you have 2 sets of changes after stage 3, your design is then sent to the development team. Any design changes after this stage will be outside of the contract and will be charged for additionally on a time basis of $50/hour
Stage 5-
Your approved design will first be htmld, and then shown for preview before wordpress integration
Stage 6-
WordPress Integrated
Stage 7-
We first test your blog before we allow you to populate, and you will receive a tutorial. Once this is complete we set the blog onto your server in a hidden location.
Stage 8-
Population and preparation for launch
Stage 9-
Official Launch – there may be small issues, which we may need to fix right away, so this is a very important stage
Stage 10-
After launch issues – these may not be technical issues, but client experience issues – with anything interactive, clients need to have a small learning curve, and no person enjoys this. Therefore, you may realize that after 1-2 months of launching you do have some changes to make – this is charged additionally, but is a very important phase for a successful project which many forget about.
